Current Mood: contemplative contemplative

I was tired all day today; I got to sleep around 5:30, woke up at 3pm, and then snoozed for about three hours around 5. Dunno what's up with that, but I had a really cool dream: I was springing around on this gigantic checkerboard-like surface, very slowly bouncing from one square to another as if gravity were about .1g. There were a whole lot of Zen aspects to it: the square made various percussive noises when alighted, there were rivers and waterfalls in amongst the area, and the architecture was reminscent of zen buddhist temples. When I woke up, my thought was "Wow, that would be great to have at Burning Man! Oh, except it would be hard to arrange the gravity, scenery, and waterworks. Oh."

I was randomly browsing various random people's LJs, adding a few people who looked interesting, and came across this:

This is what http://www.angelfire.com/psy/gid/sage/index.htm had to say about me:

Your dream sounds beautiful.. kind of a cross between "Billie Jean" and "Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon." How magic!

A couple of ideas spring to mind -

(a) A combination of one of the bouncing rooms that they make for kids, and some sort
of suspension/bungee rig, to give that neat floating feeling.

(b) It'd be really neat to have air chutes to allow for (again) a floating feeling.

The water gets interesting, but if you can tolerate recirculation, you can work in spouts and blowholes, as well as just plain streams...

Of course a fairly solid dome structure with stretchy suspension cables on tracks, to allow for movement, sturdy plants, and pockets of bouncy stuff a la kids play thing... and you'd have air/water around... Hrm. It'd be a fair bit of work and investment... but Hrm...

Hee, it said I am androgynous! Some of the questions were too weighted for me.

Male to Female Crossdresser
NOTES:

You are in a statistical minority as a bisexual crossdresser. Most crossdressers are heterosexual. Your motivation for crossdressing may be driven by the binary nature of your sexuality, as a way to more fully explore the Female gender role.

Howdy do! I'm somewhat behind on LJ sorts of things, as should be obvious from the fact that you posed this about three weeks ago and am only responding now.

I don't remember how I ran across your journal, but it gave me the impression "ah! she's one of us" - so betwixt that and liking your writing style, you seemed a good addition to my friends list.
