It occurs to me (as I stare at the furniture, wishing it would move itself) that this is the first time I'll have moved someplace and confronted my problems, rather than moved someplace to mostly get away from them.

Oops, time to get coffee.

i would have to say, from what i am reading here, you depression is lifting and you are getting stronger. i am so very happy for you, are you drawing??

Yeah, I think things are getting better - and more importantly, changing. I've been kinda remiss in drawing/painting but I've been doing a whole lot of writing, so that may make up for it somewhat.
