I don't think so. This is because not everyone gets more conservative as they get older. Some people get more liberal, some people stay liberal, some people stay moderate, etc. I don't think this is an essential part of human nature. I do think, however, that it's possible for people to revert to what they believed in childhood; that is, what their own parents taught them. And as msza says, I think that's more to do with familiar thought patterns (i.e. as our brain deteriorates with old age, we revert back to childhood, old memories, etc) than any kind of essential conservative gene that kicks in, because for some people that could mean being very liberal or whatever.
