the "working depression", probably helpful is you get some vitamin supplements and the light therapy ( as suggested in the other comment) too. i find that the only way to fight it is through exercise and even i am bad about being cosistent with it.

The vexing bit is that I get a fuckload more exercise now than I did whilst in the SFBA. I walk at least fifteen minutes a day, going to and from work if I take no detours - and I usually end up wandering around a bit more.

I'm probably going to try the B12 thing Aiken mentioned; I seem to crave a lot more protein than I did in the US, and that might be related.
