Current Music: the so-so new Fantastic Plastic Machine album

This article on introverts is highly amusing.
We can only dream that someday, when our condition is more widely understood, when perhaps an Introverts' Rights movement has blossomed and borne fruit, it will not be impolite to say "I'm an introvert. You are a wonderful person and I like you. But now please shush."

The thought of an introverts rights movement tickles me quite a bit... I mean who would be president?

I thought it was a little harsh on us extroverted types, but I live with an introvert and almost everything he says is true. And I have learned, over the years, how to make such a pairing work. Go me.

It helps to be a split personality. i'm only really extroverted when I'm amongst people.

It's about time the introverts started demanding some respect. I've been trying to explain to my friends for years that I don't find parties invigorating. I think Matt's still trying to fix me.

I'm looking forward to the day when I can use that "...now please shush": line.

I have seen the error of my ways. I will never try to talk you into leaving the house again.
