Current Mood: tired tired

I've checked in - online - for my flight to Chicago. (Why they even require this, I don't know.) And it turns out that the 'easiest' way to get to the airport via public transit is not to go to the light rail station by my house; instead, it's to drive 15 miles, park in a _different_ light rail parking lot, and get to the airport that way. Ten hours in transit - leave house at 7am Pacific, arrive at parents' at 7 Central. In a word - ugh.

Sandra is also trying to convince me to wear the backless dress to the wedding. We shall see.

I'll save my post about weddings and marriage for later.

Rth and I always walk to the Mt. View Caltrain station. If you're flying out of SJC, take it to the Santa Clara station and there is a bus which meets every train and goes to the airport. If you're flying out of SFO, take it to the ...hrm, I think it is Millbrae... station and catch BART to the airport. Both are super simple.

In other news, I will be up at 07:15 tomorrow. If your flight is early and you want a ride to the Caltrain station, call my cellphone tonight.

Wear the backless dress! Wear the backless dress! Please? Pretty please?

People keep asking me what they should wear--formal, not formal, etc.
And so far I've told them that my make-up artist is wearing a Gautier suit, one of my friends no longer fits into his suit so I told him not to wear on, one of my friends might wear a backless dress and another friend asked if he could dress like the Devil!
